Director: Paul Cotter
While fighting in World War II, Alistair (Benjamin Whitrow) was responsible for bombing a small town in Germany. It was an accident, but nevertheless, he has felt lingering guilt over what happened. Decades later, the 83-year-old Alistair decides to finally make amends, going so far as to plan a trip abroad. Since he needs help driving around Germany, he enlists his son, Ross (Shane Taylor), an unemployed art school graduate whom he is estranged from, leading to arguments and unexpected bonding.
