“Tupac Shakur has entered his Bronze Age.”
And that’s because, in Georgia, he’s now made from 1000 pounds of it. Fans should be stoked to hear that the amphitheater formerly known as the Tupac Amaru Shakur Center for the Arts, will be unveiling a brand new 7-foot ‘pac statue to replace the one taken from his family when they sold the center in 2015.

But then, there’s more Tupac news to be had, because he’s also about to be honored with a new restaurant. And the whole place is based on his own concepts which were recovered from one of his notebooks.
Notes and sketches recovered by his estate revealed all the details to the restaurant he always wanted to open, a fried chicken hang-out spot by the name of Powamekka Cafe.
Lower East Side chicken spot, Sweet Chick (which happens to be co-owned by Nas) will temporarily transform into pac’s ultimate food vision.
It’s a pop-up, and it opens this Friday.
So get on it.
