If the Gilmore Girls have taught us anything, it’s how to eat trash food– quickly, efficiently, and with great relish. With the much-anticipated return of the fast-talking fam looming on the Netflix queue horizon, pretty much any purveyor of food and/or drinks is looking for a way to express (and capitalize on) the reunion feels.

Now, a Brooklyn ice cream shop has just announced that they’ll be creating a Gilmore Girls flavor! And YOU get to choose what it is. Let that power go to your head for a sec.
Ample Hills Creamery took to Instagram a couple of days ago to announce the Gilmore Girls Flavor Contest, in which fans could comment on their post with a proposed Stars Hollow-inspired flavor and the ~best~ one would become the creamery’s new treat.
